2022 News

August 2022

After spending another year growing with  Rose Theatre in Omaha, NE, she is excited to continue expanding her love of teaching and puppetry with What If Puppets (Kansas City, MO) as their Teaching Artist Fellow in the 2022-23 year! 

Star Stuff was chosen for ThinkTank's TYA Playwrights Festival -- it received a script-in-hand workshop reading on August 21!

The Supernatural Intervention of the Callow Burrows Twins | Read-it-Yourself Premiere

Kimberlee's play "The Supernatural Intervention of the Callow Burrows Twins" gets an unconventional premiere via a read-it-yourself release via PlayBuilder's of Hawaiʻi PlayFest 2021.

August 2021 - After receiving her Master’s Degree in May Kimberlee returned to the Midwest and The Rose Theater as a teaching artist contract (August 2021 - August 2022

The Journey to Me - Storyboo.png

The Journey to Me: A Sea Dragon Adventure | www.thejourneytometvy.com 

August  2020 - now

In a yearlong devised/curriculum infusion collaboration with Aunty Shanda and Aunty Francine's Pre-K class at Prince Jonah Kūhiō Elementary School, Kimberlee and those young artists created this sea dragon adventure. Impacted by COVID-19 the production moved online, and with help of 10 additional artists continued to tell this story that is now available to the entire world.
